A crowd of about 30 gathered to watch three registered bidders battle it out, with the opening bid also at $1,000,000.The auction took about 30 minutes, with bidding initially starting a $50,000 increments before breaking down, with the last bid at $5,000.The home sold under the hammer for $1,205,000.
