Commission Issues Ceasetrade Order Against Black River Company

The company, a Nova Scotia Community Economic Development Corporation, violated Nova Scotia securities laws by not filing continuous disclosure documents. The director of corporate finance has ordered all people and companies to stop trading The Cape Breton Wind Field Inc. securities. The company has until June 18 to file all documents to avoid a permanent cease-trade order.
